- Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@smarthomes.us.
- Carriers Supported: Compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers.
TCPA Compliance
SmartHomes complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding text messaging and telemarketing. We will not send SMS messages to any individual who has not provided prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We maintain records of all opt-in consents including the date, time, method of consent, and phone number enrolled.
SMS Data Usage
Phone numbers and SMS consent data collected for text messaging purposes are used solely for delivering the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties except as required to deliver messages (e.g., our SMS service provider) or as required by law.
